At The Surgeons Advantage, we aim to connect surgeons with first assistants through our comprehensive resource platform. As a team of highly qualified providers ourselves, we know how important it is to have a trustworthy and reliable assistant in the operating room. That’s why we have made it our mission to find the best possible matches for our clients, taking into account their unique needs and preferences. Complete an intake form

Fill out our profile submission intake form. It will be used to populate your individual profile page.

We will create your profile & calendar

We will review the intake from you submit and create your individual profile page. If you are an independent provider, or with a group and already use a specific scheduling platform, provide the link in the profile submission form.

 

If you do not have an existing scheduling platform, we will create one for you. You will have complete control over your calendar availability. Whenever you receive a schedule request, you will be notified via text and email. The request will be placed onto your calendar and you will have full control to edit or cancel bookings.
